For us, it was ideal.

Enjoyed the location, just blocks from Hackescher Markt and close to many food options. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable sitting area and good kitchen facilities. Liked having clean linens and a hairdryer provided. However, the check-in process was a hassle due to confusion with the digital system. Waited a while to retrieve the PIN code, which caused some stress. Additionally, the lack of clear guidelines for kitchen use was disappointing, as I had expected to cook but found the equipment inadequate. The communication from staff was responsive, but the delays made the beginning of the stay frustrating.

Several maintenance issues in the apartment, such as a worn-out dining table and a bathroom sink with problems. Poor internet connectivity made it frustrating to stay connected. Cleaning service only available once a week, which felt inadequate for a longer stay.
